What We Grow

greens

We strive to have a wide selection of certified organic, high quality vegetables and herbs, as well as some fruits and flowers during the growing season. We also grow organic healthy plant starts in early season.

You can count on our produce being freshly harvested, and 100%  grown at our farm in Victor. We provide lettuces and greens throughout the growing season, and have over 150 varieties of vegetables, so every week is a new experience.

Farm Plant Sale

IMG_0472In late May we invite you to come visit Snowdrift Farms and pick up some veggie, herb, and flower starts. We have healthy tomatoes, peppers, basil, and cucumbers for your greenhouse or protected location; our garden vegetable starts are proven growers in this climate, and include broccoli, onions, lettuce, squash, and more. All starts are available individually, so even if you want 1 or 2  cauliflower plants for that great spot in your garden, we have it. Stay tuned for the Plant Sale dates.

Farm Produce

In the Tetons summer is slow to begin—the first farmers market in Driggs gears up in mid June. You can look forward to a selection of various lettuces and greens early on. We also have tomato, herb, and some vegetable starts available at early markets. By August, thanks to the strong mountain sun,  our gardens are producing a plethora of many types of vegetables. Our produce selection changes weekly all the way through the last markets in late September, so keep coming back!
